You may be late-diagnosed, questioning or not neurodivergent at all! We can support you through many mental health struggles. As self-esteem specialists, we find many problems with anxiety & negative thoughts are rooted in low self-esteem and a lack of self belief. Whatever your concern, we’re here to listen and support you in a non-judgemental & safe space.

We’re trained in online CBT, but we know traditional therapy doesn’t always feel comfortable for everyone. That’s why we have a range of ways to help you embrace your unique & individual self.
Sessions are tailored to work with your strengths and techniques adapted to your neurodivergent brain.
We also offer text, telephone or video options. We’re the only private therapy space where you can find text therapy sessions.
