We’re late-diagnosed neurodivergent ourselves. When we say we understand, we truly do! We know what its like to be misunderstood, and how you’ve learned to hide your true self for the worry of what people think. But we also know what its like on the other side of this.

In our online neuro-affirming therapy sessions, we’ll help you build that self-confidence too.

A Flexible Approach to building Self-Confidence

Sessions are tailored to work with your strengths and techniques adapted to your neurodivergent brain.

We also offer text, telephone or video options. We’re the only private therapy space where you can find text therapy sessions.
